Thousands of garbage are generated every day in life, and the classification of garbage has become a crucial issue. Garbage classification equipment is used to solve the problem that domestic waste cannot be mechanically classified from the source. Garbage classification, disposal or destruction and reuse can not only make full use of domestic waste and achieve sustainable development, but also reduce the burden on employees, improve work efficiency and serve the society.
The garbage sorting machine system is generally controlled by a control device, a classification device, a conveying device and a sorting port.
1. Control device. Receive and process the sorting signal, and instruct the sorting device and conveying device to perform corresponding operations according to the requirements of the sorting signal.
2. Classification device. The function of the classification device is based on the classification instructions issued by the control device. When goods with the same classification signal pass through the device, the device will change the running direction on the conveyor device and enter other conveyors or enter the sorting exit.
3. Conveying device. The main component of the conveyor device is the conveyor belt or conveyor, whose main function is to enable special sorting of materials through control devices. Classification devices and transport materials along fixed routes.
4. Sorting export. The sorting exit is the channel through which the sorted materials enter the corresponding box area from the main conveyor (or main conveyor belt).
