The Xrido series four-shaft shredder has four sets of shearing rollers. These four sets of shearing rollers employ different blade structures and work together. After the material enters the shredding chamber, it is shredded into small pieces by the tearing and shearing action of the blades on the four sets of rollers. The discharge size of the four-shaft shredder is controlled by a screen. After the material is cut once, particles smaller than the screen openings are discharged from the lower screen openings under gravity and compression. Particles larger than the openings are guided by the main and auxiliary cutting blades and return to the crushing chamber for secondary cutting. This cycle continues until the material can be discharged from the screen openings.
