What are the startup steps for a shredder?

1. Start the shredder motor under no-load. If all parts are in normal technical condition, wait until the speed is normal before starting under load.
2. During shredder operation, there should be no jamming or friction noises.
3. The screen must be securely installed, sealed, and leak-proof. The screen frame must be firmly secured.
4. If abnormal noises, discharge blockages, or overheating of bearings or motors are detected during operation, stop feeding, stop the machine, and inspect and troubleshoot the problem. 5. After finishing work, run the machine idle for 2-3 minutes to completely expel material before stopping the crusher and blower.
6. Strictly adhere to safety regulations during operation. Do not arbitrarily increase the shredder’s speed. Regularly inspect the cotter pins on the shafts; replace them immediately if excessively worn, broken, or peeling.
