1. The shredder blade thickness is available in 15mm, 20mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm. The blade thickness can be selected according to the particle size of the shredded material.
2. The shredder blades are single-claw blades. Customers requiring double-claw or multi-claw blades can contact the sales department.

Applications: This equipment is primarily suitable for crushing various types of board scraps, waste board packaging boxes, and log scraps.
Working Principle:
This equipment mainly consists of a feed hopper, twin crushing rollers, a power control system, a discharge conveyor, and a power drive.
Feed Hopper: Holds the wood to be crushed, preventing it from splashing out during crushing and causing accidents.
Twin Crushing Rollers: The twin rollers are equipped with wear-resistant blades. After assembly, all blades form a spiral blade. Upon rotation, each blade is evenly stressed. The twin rollers are interlocked to ensure no large gaps between the blades. The wood is crushed through the hooking action of the blades and the compression between the rollers.
Power System: The feed is driven by a speed reducer.
Discharge Conveyor: The power system is bolted to the crusher and can be easily removed for maintenance and replacement.
This type of equipment can directly feed material into the feed hopper, which is then crushed by the twin crushing rollers through fixation, hooking, and compression.
