This equipment is manufactured based on imported crushing technology to meet the needs of large-scale recycling stations and steel smelters. The scrap vehicle shredder features a structure consisting of a worm gear reducer motor, housing, frame, combined spiral toothed cutter disc, drive shaft, driven shaft, large gear, and small gear. The reducer motor is a direct-drive worm gear reducer motor, directly mounted on the drive shaft of the shredder. Speed is transmitted to the driven shaft via the large and small gears, causing relative motion between the spiral toothed cutter discs on the drive and driven shafts. This allows the material to be simultaneously subjected to squeezing, tearing, and shearing actions, thus crushing various metal materials. Since most of the metals to be crushed are brittle and hard, the internal components of the shredder, such as the blades, small gear, and iron screen, are made of wear-resistant, hard alloy steel. A flywheel is mounted on the main shaft to provide it with greater torque. Furthermore, the main shaft is driven by a hydraulic coupling to eliminate excessive peak current from the motor and absorb vibrations from the main shaft. When a crusher is used to crush metal scraps from highly wear-resistant materials, the rotor undergoes surface welding to enhance its wear resistance.
